    Hi,

    I have solved this issue.

    The problem was caused with SmartScreen (because the file is downloaded from Internet). When I run the exe for first time, SmartScreen message appears and I can select to run the file. But the Dll file has the same problem, so you have to go to Dll file, right buttom, properties and mark Unblock in Security (button part).
